Alfa Accountants and Advisors, online solution DataChecker ideal for our business process
Read in this customer case about the collaboration between Alfa Accountants en Adviseurs and DataChecker. Based on an interview with Alfa’s accountancy manager Sonja Overes we brought our collaboration to light.
Alfa has been helping organizations from various sectors in financial and strategic areas for over 75 years. This is done in a unique way, for example, they have various branches spread throughout the country to be close to local entrepreneurs. Accountancy manager Sonja Overes: “Due to the large number of branches with more than 1000 employees, it is important for Alfa to structure business processes that the accountants work with on a daily basis properly and safely”. A part of these business processes is the identification process.
Sonja Overes: “Previously, before the stricter laws and regulations regarding the processing and storage of personal data, we still did the identification process completely manually. At Alfa we understand that this is no longer up to date and that is why we started looking for a suitable solution. DataChecker offered an easy-to-use online solution, ideal for our business process”.
Alfa uses DataChecker’s ID verification to safely onboard new clients. The ID verification not only establishes the authenticity of the document, it also excludes that the identity document is not reported as missing or stolen, that the person is not a Political Exposed Person and that the person is not reported as a money launderer, fraudster or financier of terrorism.
